Who we are

Posso is an app by Leonardo Almeida, Switzerland (Impressum). Contact: support@getposso.com.

Apple's license terms

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to Posso. These terms add a few points that are specific to Posso.

What Posso is, and what it isn't

Posso calculates from what you enter: your balance, pay, bills and spending. It doesn't connect to your bank and doesn't know about payments you haven't entered. Its answers are a guide for your own decisions, not financial, tax or legal advice. You decide what you spend.

Premium

• Premium is bought and billed through Apple. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• It renews automatically each month or year unless you turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage and cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's rules.

Your data

Your data stays on your phone (see the privacy policy). We never have a copy, so we can't restore it. If you delete the app or lose your phone without a backup, the data is gone. Keep an iPhone backup, or export your data in Settings.

Liability

We build Posso with care, but we can't promise it's free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on Posso or for lost data. This doesn't limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update this page and its date before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using Posso and cancel Premium at any time.

Law

Swiss law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of the country where you live still protect you, and you can bring a claim there.
